Australia Post Flat Rate Shipping Costs:

$12.95 - Standard Post

$19.95 - Express Post

Please note we do not ship internationally, only within Australia.

Orders are sent with Australia Post eParcel and will require a signature on delivery, if the driver is unable to obtain a signature, they will take the order to the nearest post office where it can be collected alternatively you can add a note to your order for a request to have your parcel left without a signature, if you choose to this option it will be at your own risk.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, if you do not receive an email, please contact matthew@brightpaws.com.au.
